Mrs. Hebdon is excited to get students reading books they love.  She enjoys reading to the classes and guiding them to books and series that will take them on wild adventures.  Students enjoy helping Mrs. Hebdon in the library during free time breaks.  If you have questions about any of our library programs or opportunities available for parents to help out in the library, please contact Mrs. Hebdon through the main office, 208-237-2503.

Standards Based Report Card Information

Pocatello/Chubbuck #25 Grading System Information

Dear Parents,

The Pocatello/Chubbuck School District uses a standards based grading system for our elementary students.  This standards based system will accomplish several things: share information about your child's progress toward meeting the individual standards, empower you to help your child in any specific area(s) of need, and help teachers, students, and parents focus on important learning at each grade level.

Assignments, assessments, and the report card will be marked using the following dilinations. 

MT = Meets Target: The student is meeting the intended learning target or goal based on grade level standards;

NT = Near Target: The student has made progress toward the intended learning target or goal and is expected to meet target with additional instruction and/or practice;

BT=Below Target: The student is making limited progress toward the intended learning target or goal and extra support is in place to assist the student;

n/a=This standard has not been taught this trimester.

Progress reports are posted in Infinite Campus at each midterm period (6 weeks).  Report cards are posted in Infinite Campus at the end of each trimester (12 weeks).  Both can be printed and sent home.  Both are accessible through your Parent Portal on Infinite Campus.
