October Grizzly Gazette

Happy fall Grizzly Families,

Teachers are working hard as they deliver grade level content to our Grizzlies and differentiate within their classroom to help everyone learn. We will soon be starting our additional WIN (What I Need) Groups. For a short period of the day, a few times a week all
learners will participate in instructional groups specifically structured to provide intervention for those struggling, support to those on grade level and extension for learners ready for a challenge. Each learner gets what they need to make academic progress.

Good daily attendance is critical for your leaner to stay on track and experience academic success. We will be hosting Parent Teacher Conferences October 6th and 7th. There is no school on either day. Please be sure to schedule an appointment to meet with your learner’s teacher. Conferences are a perfect opportunity to receive a snapshot of how your learner is doing academically, socially and behaviorally.

Fickle weather is upon us. Help your learner to plan appropriate layers and good shoes to play outside. Our Lost-And-Found is already pilling up with jackets.

Reminder, phones and watch phones need to be turned off between the arrival and dismissal bell if being worn or can be placed on silent in a backpack.

Please come cheer on your Grizzly at our Walk-A-Thon later this month. More details to come.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Delonas
